Good for surprising your opponent with something that could possibly harm their Life Points or take out their monsters and getting a second Monster for Link or Synchro Summoning. Skill Drain & other cards like it can negate this. Good for The Weather Decks.
Chose this because we're supposed to get some snow this weekend. But I doubt it'll be a lot like many people will think.
